The main job of the leader is to guide and inspire his employees and unite them around a common vision for the future, not to plan and realize the company’s goals alone. Leadership is for people. As a leader, you need to allow your team to work as they see fit to achieve the overall goal. Your success has nothing to do with the position you hold or your strengths. One of your main priorities as a leader is to naturally build relationships with others. Making contacts is extremely important, as it allows you to share your ideas with other people and gain experience and inspiration from them.
